Your answers determine if you have to register with Missouri as someone who should be collecting taxes, e.g., sales tax. Missouri requires an LLC to have an Operating Agreement, but this does not have to be filed with Missouri. There are no cost operating agreements provided on the internet. We don’t provide these.
